Agreement Overview

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) form a binding agreement between you and IIPTVUS (“we,” “us,” “our”) for your use of our website, ordering process, and digital streaming service.

By placing an order, creating an account, or accessing our service, you confirm that you are at least the minimum age required in your jurisdiction to enter into this agreement and that you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Service Description

IIPTVUS provides a digital streaming service that allows subscribers to access live TV channels, on-demand content, or other digital media over the internet, subject to the plan you select and the technical compatibility of your device.

The service is provided on a subscription basis and may require compatible devices, apps, players, internet connectivity, and correct configuration. We do not control your internet connection, device performance, or third-party apps and players.

Channel lists, content availability, quality, and features may change from time to time. We may add or remove channels or features, update apps, or modify technical requirements as needed to operate the service.

Account & Access Rules

When you order a subscription, you may receive account details, activation information, or access credentials. You agree to:

• Provide accurate and up-to-date contact and order information.
• Keep your account and access information secure and confidential.
• Use the service only for personal, non-commercial purposes unless otherwise agreed.
• Not share, resell, redistribute, or publicly perform the service beyond the purchased connection level.
• Not attempt to bypass security, interfere with the service, or access accounts or content you are not authorized to use.

We may limit the number of simultaneous connections per account based on your selected plan. Exceeding these limits may result in service interruption, suspension, or termination.

Payments & Billing

Subscription fees, billing cycles, and payment methods are displayed at checkout or communicated during the ordering process. Prices may be shown with or without applicable taxes depending on your location and payment method.

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers such as PayPal, card processors, banks, or approved cryptocurrency payment providers. By completing a payment, you agree to the terms and privacy policies of the selected payment provider.

We do not store full card numbers, card security codes, banking passwords, or crypto wallet seed phrases. Never send such sensitive data through email, WhatsApp, or website forms.

Auto-Renewal

If your plan includes automatic renewal, you authorize us or our payment provider to charge the next billing cycle on the due date using your selected payment method. You may cancel auto-renewal before the next billing date by contacting support.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the IIPTVUS service or website to:

• Infringe copyright, trademarks, or other intellectual-property rights.
• Resell, redistribute, or commercially exploit the service without authorization.
• Share accounts or access credentials beyond the purchased plan limits.
• Attempt to hack, reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with our systems or third-party systems.
• Transmit malware, viruses, spam, or harmful code.
• Use the service for illegal activities or in violation of applicable law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules or that show patterns of abuse, fraud, or unauthorized redistribution.

Content & Intellectual Property

All content provided through the IIPTVUS service, including channel streams, on-demand content, logos, branding, and website materials, is owned or licensed by IIPTVUS or its partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual-property laws.

You receive a limited, non-transferable, revocable right to access and view the content for personal use in accordance with these Terms. You do not acquire ownership of any content or access credentials.

Some content may be subject to additional restrictions based on licensing, geography, or third-party rights. We do not guarantee that all content will be available in all regions or on all devices.

Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service if:

• You breach these Terms, including acceptable-use or account rules.
• We suspect fraud, abuse, unauthorized resale, or security risks.
• Your payment fails or is disputed without prior contact.
• We must comply with legal requirements, court orders, or regulator instructions.
• We discontinue or materially change the service.

Where possible, we will provide reasonable notice of termination. In cases of serious breach, fraud, or security risk, we may terminate access immediately.

Refunds & Cancellations

If you believe you are entitled to a refund, contact our support team before initiating a payment dispute or chargeback. We will review your request and respond according to our Refund Policy and legal obligations.

Service Disclaimers

The IIPTVUS service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure access to the service at all times.

We are not responsible for:

• Issues caused by your internet connection, device, app, or player.
• Temporary outages, maintenance, or changes to channel lists or features.
• Third-party apps, players, websites, or services you use to access our content.
• Any loss of data, content, or access due to factors outside our reasonable control.

Where permitted by law, all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, are disclaimed to the maximum extent allowed.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, IIPTVUS and its owners, employees, contractors, and partners shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill arising from your use of the service or these Terms.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to IIPTVUS in the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, except where a higher minimum is required by law.
